Jasmine is a Tabby and built like a brick. Literally. Rectangular with a short tail.

Meet Hosts Autumn and Jasmine

Autumn and Jasmine are this months Gloucestershire Nightstop Pet Hosts of the Month. Jasmine is a Tabby and built like a brick. Literally. Rectangular with a short tail. Autumn on the other hand is a tortoiseshell and built like a ballerina with a long flowing tail. Both have lived with Hooman owner Monica for 13 years, joined by daughter Kara after 3 years, since kittens who were adopted after a previous owner had twins and found it difficult to juggle twins babies and twin kittens all at once! They may be polar opposites in looks and personality but they are best friends.

About us

Autumn and Jasmine like to spend their day productively, sleeping of course. Lot’s and lot’s of sleeping. They like to sleep near mum Monica so they get the occasional stroke but have favourite spots around the house as well. Autumn likes Monica’s bed and Jasmine likes Kara’s bed. Of course, at the weekend there’s always the opportunity to follow Mum Monica into the garden for a nap on the grass for a change of scenery, They don’t like to venture out much alone, just in case Fluff Fluff the bully next door is about.

Birds are another keen interest, Autumn in particular will stare at Monica until the curtains are pulled open so that the windowsill can be reached to watch the birds in the tree, meanwhile Jasmine is giving Kara headbutts and kisses to wake her up each morning.

Hosting

Autumn and Jasmine (With Monica and Kara) have been hosting for a year and half with Gloucestershire Nightstop. As hosts, Autumn and Jasmine like to give young people their space, they don’t want to get in their faces. However Autumn, being the outgoing one, may even bless guests with a sniff of the hand. Jasmine on the other hand likes to play aloof and won’t come if called. You never know if it’s a trick to have some medicine or a trip to the vets!
