Juliet’s Purse is a homelessness prevention fund that relies on donations and grants, that can only be given if we can demonstrate the fund is achieving it’s purpose. If a grant is made, we will contact the referrer (and young person if permission has been given) for outcomes, 3 months after the payment of the grant. We have to demonstrate that this fund is preventing homelessness and we cannot do that without confirmation from the young person or referrer following payments made. By completing this application you are agreeing to complete an outcomes form regarding this application 3 months from the payment date.
